Welcome to the NYPD Drone Permit Portal. Members of the public are now able to submit applications to take-off and/or land unmanned aircraft, including drones, within NYC. Applicants are reminded that any proposed operator listed in the application must be authorized to operate unmanned aircraft pursuant to Part 107 of Title 14 of the CFR, and must comply with the FAA rules and regulations.
